The 25th Annual New Harmony Apple Festival and Fall Harvest

The Apple Festival for 2023 is on, rain or shine!  See below for vendor and attendee information.

Apple Festival is the second Saturday in October every year.  For 2023 that falls on October 14th.

 

ATTENDEES

The Apple Festival and Fall Harvest is an annual fundraiser for our 100% volunteer fire department and 100% of the profits go to purchase life saving equipment and supplies. This will be our 25th year and over the past 7 years the Apple Festival has been able to raise over $40,000 for the New Harmony Fire Department. There will be music all day, kid's games, bounce houses, mechanical bull riding, fire safety demonstrations, vendors, locally grown produce and of course the famous New Harmony Apples!!!!  

 

This event is FREE to attend!!!!

 

Take I15 to exit 42.  Head west on route 144 into New Harmony.  At the town park. Can't miss it!

PARKING

Follow the signs when you reach town.  Parking will be beyond the event at the Church on Center and Main.  We have moved primary parking to allow for more visitors.  There will be plenty of parking this year!

FOOD

The Fire Association will be serving Burgers and Hot Dogs, Priced at (to be determined) for a meal.  There will also be dessert and packaged food vendors. 

PETS

Unfortunately, due to park rules, no pets are allowed other than ADA Registered Service Animals

 

VENDORS 

WE HAVE SOLD OUT OF VENDOR SPACES THIS YEAR.  YOU CAN STILL APPLY AND IF SPACE OPENS UP YOU WILL BE CONTACTED

All proceeds to benefit the Harmony Valley Volunteer Fire Department.  See the Registration Tab for online applications.  All applications must be submitted to the HVVFA by midnight September 1st.  Your spot is not confirmed until it is paid. Refunds are available until September 10th, after that there can be NO REFUNDS for ANY reason.  Vendors who have something related to apples or the fall harvest will be given priority for registration.  Infowest will be providing internet service to vendors at no cost.  If you are interested in becoming a vendor and have questions please contact Firefighter Richard Carter (Richard.Carter AT newharmonyfire.org).

 

Unfortunately, we will not be accepting food truck vendors this year

Spaces are a 12’x12′ piece of grass Prices are as follows:

Before September 1st..........$75

After September 1st..........$90

After October 1st.........$100

Electric Surcharge (8 amp max)..........$30 (if available)

If space is available on the day of the event vendors will be able to sign up for a space for a $120 cash on site vendor space fee.
